The... read more place is super clean, spacious and bright. A big advantage in summer are the two wonderful terraces/balconies; one for the sunrise and one for the sunset. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook a quick meal for one or two people. You can go up to the apartment via the elevator or take the stairs through Marie's apartment, which I only had to do once during my month-long stay there.

However, the place is very bright at night, since there are no curtains (only blinds). So you will want to bring a sleeping mask if you need darkness to sleep. Also the area is very noisy and lively which you should know before going. The air conditioning is controlled by Marie, each time you would like to change it, you will have to write her. She is really quick to respond and adjust it to your needs. The location is awesome to get into the city and there are several metro lines and buses going downtown. There is also a supermarket just one block away.

  Highly recommend this place and very friendly host! Marie and her family live downstairs and always give prompt replies whenever I need something. I stayed for two months.
